Shipping policy

CMON Play will do our best to support you with the best freight quotes available. CMON Play ships from our Alpharetta Warehouse in Georgia.

You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into our system, that title and risk pass to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for sales taxes, import duties or any other duties (collectively, Taxes) that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities.

We may, for your convenience, collect from you and pay such Taxes on your behalf. Any such service provided (and marketing of said service) by us, or lack thereof, are based on the current tax, duty and tariff regulations as they exist and, you agree that should such Taxes increase, due to regulatory or legislative action by relevant countries, governments or authorities, between the fulfillment of your order by us, you are responsible for any such increase, and if requested to by CMON, shall make payment for such increase to CMON, failing which CMON shall be entitled to cancel your order and provide a full or partial refund to you at its sole discretion.

You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. We regret we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Refunds will be net of all handling costs, commissions, and credit card processing fees. Refunds and/or cancellation requests will only be considered before we begin the process of packaging your order for shipping.

1. Contiguous United States (CONUS)

For our customers in the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia, we offer simple, tiered shipping:

Orders of US$150.00 or more: FREE Shipping

Orders under US$150.00: US$20.00 Flat Rate

2. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada

Shipping to these regions involves different logistics and carrier fees. To ensure you pay the most accurate rate possible:

Real-Time Quotes: Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are quoted separately during the checkout process.
Rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your specific order to provide you with the fairest price from our carriers.

3. International Shipping

Currently Shipping To: United States and Canada only.
Rest of World: We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
