Is CMON Play available to non-Brick and Mortar stores?
No. The CMON Play program is available for Brick and Mortar Stores only.
What Region does CMON Play Cover?
The current program covers the USA and Canada. If you are from outside of these countries, please reach out to us at sales@cmon.com so that we can direct you to the appropriate channel.
Is there a Maximum order quantity?
No. You are free to order as many pledges as you want.
Can I Customize My Bundle
No. The current bundle offerings are the only configuration we can offer in order to streamline operations and lessen potential shipping or packing issues.
Do I have to pay in full for retail pledges?
No. You only pay a 5% nonrefundable deposit at time of preorder. You then pay the balance at time of invoice when your order is ready to ship.
Can I get Freight quote for larger warehouse orders?
Yes. If you buy from our warehouse stock and wish to get a freight quote versus the automated parcel calculation, choose the freight quote option which is available starting at 150 pounds.
